Static Guard: instantly eliminates and prevents static cling
Good Housekeeping

Tips & Uses : Annie Jagger

Avoid those embarrasing "clingy" situations.

Stash a small can of Static Guard® spray in your purse and you'll always be in style and looking good. Static Guard goes hand in hand with making a good impression.

Annie's Tip #1:

Capes are big for Fall; my favorite is a heavenly navy cashmere
one. The problem is I have to pull it over my head to get it on and
off, this ends up being a big, hairy mess. So I tried turning it inside out and spraying it with Static Guard and it worked wonders. I no longer had a static hair mess and my blouse was still in place when I took off my cape.

Annie's Tip #2:

One thing every girl needs... tights for Fall! They are still
looking chic on girls from New York to LA. There are tons of fun
colors out there, but I generally prefer black. I often layer 2 pairs
to get that opaque rich black that doesn't always happen with one
pair. Layering 2 pairs of tights can be tricky as I learned while
styling a recent fashion show. We only had 30 seconds to change the girls and the double tights made it really hard. So, I sprayed both pairs with Static Guard and they slid right on.

Annie's Tip #3:

Straight hair is a hot look right now. After you flat iron your hair
try spraying Static Guard on your brush and running it thru your hair to avoid embarrassing fly-a-ways. If you really want to get into
the 80's trend try a fun but subtle asymmetrical hair cut.

Annie's Tip #4:

My favorite velvet tuxedo jacket is a staple in my wardrobe and it
also happens to be very fashionable this season. Although, it attracts lint and pet hair like no other piece of clothing I have ever owned. If I spray Static Guard on my lint brush before using it everything comes off so much faster!

Annie's Tip #5:

I LOVE HATS. It’s true... I have a collection of them that continues
to grow and grow. If you choose to wear a hat for practical reasons or to make a fashion statement, you can spray Static Guard on the inside of your hat to avoid a static hair mess. Try a sequin beret to add a little sparkle to an evening look.

Annie's Tip #6:

If you want to incorporate some sequin pieces into your wardrobe, try layering them with more subtle pieces. For example; you can layer a sequin tank over a fitted blouse or button down. Spray Static Guard on each piece before getting dressed and avoid getting a shock and lighting up like a disco ball.

Annie's Tip #7:

Dress up your favorite little black dress with some of this season’s
bright, fun accessories. Try a colorful over sized clutch and bright
shoes or nails to make the look stand out. Don't forget to throw your travel size Static Guard in your bag... just in case.
